Great location with easy access to tram, buses, and metro stations. Close proximity to important landmarks and the main train hub in the city. The San Lorenzo district nearby offers a variety of excellent dining options. Comfy beds and a lovely terrace with a beautiful nighttime view. The staff is incredibly helpful, polite, and friendly.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no complaints.

Room was clean and renovated and nicely decorated. There was nice terrace in the roof of the hotel.
Two of three mornings there was no lights in our room. We had to go to reception and ask them put the lights on. There was some problem with the automatic or something like that. Last evening we asked could they make sure that lights will work next morning. They say that they can't do much for that. But still in the next morning lights worked well.

It is also near the Santa Maria Maggiore, where the nearest hop on hop off bus stop is located. The rooms are well-maintained and the linen is clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff is helpful and provides personalized service, making guests feel welcome.

We did like the location. Not very near in center but can be easily reach with metro , bus , tram. V e r y nice and clean room and bathroom (recently renovation nice design and materials). The hotel is in front of "Porta Maggiore". The rooms in front of the square have a nice view but is a bit noisy, not much. Nice and very friendly staff. Nice breakfast (Nice bread, prosciutto, italian sweets) but with not so much variety. No fruits, not variety of cereals (no integral type cereals). The coffe wasn't good enough.

The service at this hotel was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. The location was also a big plus, being close to public transportation and within walking distance of key historical sites. Another advantage was the clean and comfortable rooms, which provided a great place to relax after a long day of work.
One downside of the hotel was the noise from the surrounding area. Being located near a busy transportation hub, there was some disturbance from the traffic.

I had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly and ready to help. From check-in to check-out, I felt like a valued guest. The location couldn't have been better - it was right near the train station which made it so easy for me to explore the city. I could also take a short walk to many attractions, like the Colosseum, which saved me both time and money. The room itself was impeccable, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The housekeeping staff kept everything spotless, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the summer heat.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The staff was great, always friendly and willing to help. They offered me coffee while I was waiting for my taxi, and printed my tickets for the event I was attending. Also, they recommended nice places to eat nearby and gave me directions to the popular sites. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace had a nice style.
The breakfast could have been better, with more variety. The croissants were good though.

I recently stayed at Hotel Latinum for a few nights and had a pleasant experience overall. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome upon my arrival. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a mini-fridge that came in handy. When I needed an iron, the staff promptly provided one upon request. The hotel's location near Mazoni underground station was convenient for exploring the city.
There were a couple of minor downsides. The hotel is situated next to a busy road, which resulted in quite a bit of noise throughout the night.
